As a history book we recognized here in the 21st century that not everyone prefers hard copy editions, so we are making it available both in 'real book' format and in ebook format. In the 'real book' format you have the option of ordering them online, or meeting up with us at one of our Lectures/Demos for signed copies. If you ask nicely we might even be able to get you a copy with Patrick Ferguson's signature in it at demos and lectures

We get annoyedt when books don't give you enough information to track down their sources. You will not have that problem with this book.

 We were able to make this available for both the epub and mobi ebook formats.
Nook $9.99 epub format (in colour just like the hardcopy)
Kindle $9.99 mobi format (black and white only e-ink doesn't currently support colour). Either version is available for $9.99 from thier respective vendors.
If you have another ereader that reads one of those formats feel free to purchase it via the appropriate vendor.
There are differences between the physical book version and the ebook versions, we were not able to liscense all the images for the book for epub format. So there are fewer pictures in the ebook format than the hardcopy.
